General Information
The dates have been set for Friday March 20, 2009 - Sunday March 22, 2009.Should this change for any reason I will let
you all know.
A few things I must mention.
1. You must be at least 21 to participate. This is due to the nature of some of the locations you will be attending during the
event. However if you wish to not attend these particular events of the trip you are welcome if you are under 21 to the other
events on the schedule.
2. You must have a valid state ID or driver’s license to prove who you are and your age. This will be requested for viewing
when you arrive.
3. There is no charge for you to attend this event but you will be responsible for your own travel expenses as well as lodging,
food and souvenirs on the trip. You will also be responsible for paying your entry into the zoo/aquarium and for your spot on
the tour.
4. As much as we would love to take everyone, room simply does not allow for it. Therefore we are putting a cap of 25 people
on the event.
5. If something changes and you cannot attend the event I ask that you notify me ASAP so that we can give your spot to
someone else who wants to go.
6. You will be required to sign a liability waiver if you wish to participate in the investigation.
7. You or your team must be a GAC member. (Your guest does not have to be.)

Your full name, DOB, and a photo so we can identify you at the event. If you are planning on bringing someone I need their
info. also. Be sure to put GAC Meet Up in the subject line.
Below is our basic itinerary & costs for some things.
The cost for the aquarium & zoo is $25.50 per person.
The Ghost Tour is at a discounted rate and is $5 per person.
Cafe Du' Monde is about $3.50 per order. An order consists of 3 large beignets. Drinks are additional.

12pm- 1pm-Lunch @ Hard Rock Cafe
1pm - 4pm-Self guided tour of the town and allow shopping time.
4:30pm - 6:30pm - Ghost Tour
7pm - 9pm –Dinner @ Deanies Seafood
9pm- Night on the town including a Hurricane at @ Pat O' Brian's
Saturday Schedule
9am-10am- Breakfast @ Cafe Du Monde
10am-12pm – Aquarium
12:30-1:30- Lunch @ the zoo
1:30 - 5pm – Audubon Zoo
6pm-8pm – Dinner @ Cheesecake Bistro
8pm-9pm- Set up for investigation
9pm-1am - Mini Investigation
